Yes, a deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount is £10 and it can be paid by cash, card or bank transfer.
This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the cost of your service. We require this deposit to hold the space for you, and in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the deposit will be applied towards your next visit.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for all items due to the nature of some of our products. For hygiene reasons, items such as nail polish, acrylic powder and press-on nail products that have been opened may no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross-contamination and not fit for resale. For items that are eligible for return, they must be in their original, unused condition and packaging, and must not have been opened or used. We cannot accept any returns on items that have been used or “tested.”.

A consultation is only required for our Lash Treatments, we require a patch test to be carried out at least 24 hours before the appointment. This is to ensure that there are no adverse reactions to the adhesive used and to make sure that the client is suitable for the treatment.
